All orders are shipped via USPS 1st class package service. Estimated delivery time is from 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on proximity to our facility in northern Illinois.
At this time we are unable to process international orders.
All purchased items may be returned within two weeks of purchase for full value, if unused. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once item is received, we will reimburse customer for cost of item.
When customers purchase an item, we will offer an opportunity to join our mailing list by providing an email. We will not add customers to mailing lists without their consent.
We need to collect certain information at time of purchase to process payment and determine shipping. We do not save this information and we will never provide customer information to third parties unless required by law to do so.
Some items such as baskets and some bags may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturers. These items are subject to the manufacturers return policy.
Waffle Sack lifetime warranty
We would like to offer a lifetime warranty to individuals who purchase a waffle sack. This means if you lose it, get it wet, or if a seam comes apart you just pay shipping and we will get you another sent out. you can make a claim for 1 warrantied sack per year. Please keep your email confirmation and order with the waffle sack purchase to forward back to us or we will not honor the warranty.
